Muriel,
If we go on a cruise again it will have to be Uniworld and booked thru Cruisenet !!!
We cannot recall a most enjoyable, relaxing holiday...... completely hassle free !!!!!!!!
The ship and the facilities were most comfortable , the shore tours were properly arranged and most interesting. The cuisine was superb and the service on board, the transfers , the rooms, were simply outstanding.
Will voluntarily become a Cruisenet and Uniworld spokesperson any time !
Thank you very much for you kind help and assistance in getting the holiday organized. It will be one with very lasting memories.
Regards, Jameel

Hi Muriel, we are back from our cruise and received your customer service form.
As usual you and your office were very efficient when handling and processing our booking.
The ship , The Norwegian Sun and it's itinerary were great. we really loved the balcony stateroom. The food and service are below the standard of Celebrity and Holland America, but still very acceptable.
The shore excursions from the ship were extremely expensive.
The any time dining worked out very well, with minimal waiting at any time.
Thanks again for the fine service that you provide.

"Friends and I have just returned from a cruise on an Azamara journey. We found the small ship a joy to be on. The entertainment (especially the dancing captain), the food, and the friendly staff made for a memorable time."

Muriel,
I just wanted to let you know that we are home after our long and fascinating journey.
I have to tell you that we felt like VIPs with the carefully laid out itinerary and the follow through. Every step of the way went like clock work. I have the highest regard for AATKings who put on exceptional tours – particularly the long haul from Sydney to Cairns. And our guide was wonderful – he was so well informed and so willing to share and make the experience fun and as good as he could for all of us.
I would highly recommend this package approach to others as I know that we could never have put this together without you and Goway and the value was clearly there. Even locating appropriate hotels at every stop would have been a problem not to mention knowing what tours to take. And the accommodation was topnotch. As it was, when we did have the occasional free time slot to fill and approached tourist or hotel information staff they usually said something like ‘you are already doing the best stuff, but let me recommend this additional tour…..’. So clearly we hit all the best notes.
And don’t let anyone go to Australia without seeing Tasmania. I highly recommend it – particularly the Bruny Island day. Imagine racing along the sea cliffs in at speedboat at 100mph with no other land between you and the Anti-Artic ice flows…a real highlight and a great way to cap off our time Down Under.
New Zealand and Singapore went well too. In fact, as we were opening our door in the Singapore hotel the phone rang and it was the tour guide making sure we had arrived safely and letting us know he had a few other things to consider if we wanted to fill more of our time….and we did. We booked 2 additional tours and did 17 hours of Singapore in one day (3 back to back tours) and finished off a tremendous trip drinking Singapore Slings late that night at Raffles…and then the long trip home. So we didn’t waste a minute.
Thanks again for your help….and on to next year.

Muriel,
Re: "Splendours of Egypt" Insight Vacations February 2008
This 14-day vacation by Insight was the first time we had used this company. It was broken into 3 basic segments:Cairo (5 days), Luxor (2-3 days), Riverboat cruise (7 Days). For the two of us it was a strenuous but wonderful time.
- Cairo - This city of 31 million stretched our imagination. It is a third World city, of many different images, from the most modern to one of poverty. We stayed at the Marriot Hotel (worth the trip all by itself); a former palace - described by one word - "opulence". Seven restaurants, a beautiful garden, many of the 2 million Arab millionaires living in Egypt were here.
- Luxor - A one hour plane ride south of Cairo, this city is quite modern, but also with an ancient flare. This is the site of the Valley of the Kings and the Aswaan Damn of the Nile River, the largest in the World.
- Riverboat Cruise - We spent 7 days on a leisure cruise of the Nile, visited several Temples and Mosques, as well as a day at the Valley of the Kings.
On our final 2 days back in Cairo, we visits the city of Memphis (former Capital of Egypt) and Giza, the site of at least 7 pyramids, as well as the Sphinx.
Our final comments: Insight is a first rate company. their itinerary is a little too ambitious for 2 seniors in their mid-80's -- but we would not have missed it, and highly recommend this tour, as an "Insight" into our past civilization.

Muriel,
I actually can’t say enough good things about the trip. What a joy to watch the team in action and make it look so effortless – we kept commenting that it was like watching a choreographed dance the way the team worked together.
For two weeks I felt like I had managed to harness a 5star hotel and float it down the river. The wonder is that I feel so rested after jamming so much into each day. I am a true convert.
I have already been checking the 2007 trips on while on the boat. I wish I could plan really far ahead but my schedule won’t permit that. I think it will be either St. Pete to Moscow or Portugal. But hard to choose – I want to do them all. I will definitely be in touch with you as soon as I can reasonably set the time frame.
By the way, the arrangements in Amsterdam went well. Great location – just wish the rain had held off that day.
Thanks again for your assistance.

Hi Muriel,
I have nothing but good things to say about my recent River Cruise with Uniworld. I was very pleased with the accommodations, food and facilities on the boat, the River Empress. Everyone who worked on the boat was pleasant and most helpful -they did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to book another cruise with Uniworld. Thank you to you also for taking care of all of the arrangements. Everything went very smoothly.

Arrived home safely and wanted to again thank you and your staff for a wonderful vacation. The ship and the voyage more than exceeded all my expectations. I have returned home truly rested with loads of pleasant memories.
Hans is very special and his knowledge of the area made the trip particularly interesting for me with my love of history and politics.
My special thanks to Josef in the dinning room and Tomas in the bar who made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
A convert to river cruising, I am already planning my trip with Uniworld next year.
Have a great return trip to Budapest and a wonderful Christmas season.
All the best to you and your crew.

Dear Muriel,
Just thought I'd let you know the Danube/Maine river cruise aboard the River Countess that Sandra and I recently completed was fabulous. Everything about our trip worked out perfectly from our stay in Vienna, the cruise, our stay in Frankfurt and the flights. We are converts to river cruise travelling!
I can't speak highly enough about the ship and its appointments, the crew, the food and the arranged shore excursions. The guides engaged for the walking tours of the various town and cities were well chosen and extremely well versed in history, architecture, art and customs of the times. The ship’s staff were all friendly, young and dynamic (the captain only 30 years of age, but so personable and knowledgeable as was the cruise director).
What a wonderful, relaxing way to travel and see some very beautiful and historic countryside. Even the weather for the most part co-operated.
Thank you for your part in making this wonderful vacation a reality.
Sincerely,
PT
